Quick Treeit reference page for very fast foliage generation. This is a free software that has a lot of defaults that you can download for a good starting point. They have a few other tools such as mapgen and particles that are available to try out as well.

Unity is a little strange with double sided shaders.  We are using the Universal Render Pipeline so the free asset on the Unity store did not work for us. Luckily EasyGamesStudio has one available for purchase that is fairly customizable. https://assetstore.unity.com/packages/vfx/shaders/double-sided-shader-urp-196428

There were a few things I had to change in the shader graph to get this to fit our needs. The default is for a flag so it was set to transparent which looks very nice but doesn't work well with bushes.  We changed the surface mode to Opaque and turned on alpha clipping. The alpha threshold was also changed to a value of .9
