I've been trying to work on improving my character workflow, so I'm doing a series of speed portraits. All of these will be done in less than 10 hours and have a fully completed render. To avoid constant retopologixing, I'm using a basemesh from 3D Scan store to project onto my sculpts. Also, stuff like eyes, teeth, and hair card textures are made in advance.
It's been a fun challenge so far - I'd be interested in seeing what other people could come up with using these restrictions.

Nonagesimus from Tamsyn Muir's The Locked Tome Series. Really fun characters - spent 4-5 hours on each
