I'm obsessed with 3D and just can't stop making models. But, sometimes I look at them for so long that I lose a sense of whether I'm doing a good artwork or not. Please, take a look at this post and tell me about every detail that's wrong with that model.

Can handle any type of critique.

Right off the bat my first critique is post pics not links. The less clicks the better.
Regarding the model i do not have any critique. Looks pretty good and the lighting is pretty interesting as well. You seem to have specialised on this niche and you are proficient at it. But even though it is product design and the models should look perfect maybe try adding some imperfections in the materials so that you move away from that pristine look and into photorealism.
    Just my 2 cents.

Thank you, Teo. Noted. Would you mind to take a look at my previous work? It has some imperfections, although I don't like it - https://www.artstation.com/artwork/YKLgkK

I like your portfolio. You don't really usually see product design 3D with imperfections. I've seen a few 3D artists who make a lot of products for marketing purposes. Keep it up!

I saw your other post as well and you have a strong portfolio. I think more narrowly defining your goal would allow folks to provide the detailed feedback you're looking for.

Game Prop: I'd agree the texturing could use more wear and tear -story telling!- (even if subtle)
Advertising: Maybe try to emulate a magazine ad layout / rendering style? These are more retro, but might be good inspiration.
Product Visualization: The renders probably need to be cleaner and take less artistic license with the lighting.

Ultimately I think you'd need to branch out in terms of subject matter if the goal is landing a gig at a game studio. In the meantime you could consider selling asset packs. While assets like this won't have the same market as weapons, you may find a niche audience and generate some income while continuing with your portfolio. Good luck!

Yep. I, somehow, ended up making two threads with a nearly identical message.
Thank you for the review. I see that you also have audio gear in your portfolio. Did it help you get a job in the industry?

It did! I chose the subject matter because I wanted to learn / show hard surface game asset creation, but didn't want to make a gun / weapon / robot. It also helped to have a lot of detailed reference since they are props that actually exist in the real world. It lead to working primarily on architecture and environment game assets however.

That's nice. The main thing is that you enjoy doing it.
Are you making your game assets realistic or stylized? Judging by your portfolio, the second is closer to you
