I wanted to do some kind of square tile for today's prompt and opted for a stylized sci-fi hard surface material rather than bricks or ceramic because I don't do hard surface in Designer often enough.
I had a bit of trouble figuring out what direction I wanted to take this prompt in. After a bit of experimentation I decided on a stylized asphalt material with a 5-sided manhole.
I've wanted to make a colored pencil material for a while and this prompt was the perfect excuse to finally do it. It was pretty simple to put together but I'm happy with how it turned out!
My wife likes to make Diamond Dot paintings occasionally and that inspired me to put together a generator that transforms any image input into a Diamond Dot Painting for today's prompt.
Eggs were on my list for the 10th prompt but I ended up making a mattress material instead. I figured today's prompt would be a perfect time to give them a crack! 😂
I wanted to do something wooden for today's prompt and after a bit of brainstorming I decided on some drawers. While looking for references I came across some library card catalog cabinets and thought they'd be fun to make.
For today's prompt I wanted to do some concrete blocks. After putting them together I decided to add some damage and paint to add a bit more interest to them. I'm pretty happy with the result!
Only one more prompt to go!
For the final prompt I made a stylized moon material and with it I've finished another year of Nodevember! It's been fun figuring out how to approach each prompt this year and I can't wait for Mayterials and Nodevember next year!
