I have no idea what this is. Just got into Substance Painter. Where do I learn more about these settings and what they do? How they affect the baked textures? Also I'm especially curious about 'Sampling Radius'.
I've not baked a curvature map on the new ones but...
Sampling radius will affect how far away from a given point the baker looks when determining curvature. I expect larger values will give you a more accurate and possibly smoother result
Relative to bounding box means projection vectors are expressed as a proportion of the model's bounding box - this can cause issues when the object is very not cube shaped. When it's unticked it uses world space measurements and you get consistent scaling in all axes
Tonemap per tile means that each udim tile uses the 0-1 range of values rather than them being proportional to each other
