Can't Run Substance Painter 2019

Hello Guys,

I have Acer Nitro 5 laptop. 

Config: 

CPU i7 11800H

GPU GeForce RTX 3050Ti 4GB 

RAM 32 GB . 

My query is, I have installed my perpetual Indie license of Substance Painter 2019,but I can't open it.

On other hand I have installed new Adobe Substance 3D Painter trial version and its open and work properly.

So what are the issue with my installed perpetual Indie license of Substance Painter 2019?

Does anyone had faced same issue?

The licenses all got fucked up when it switched to Adobe licensing. 

We are using a 2019 version on the new licensing model at work so it can be done. You might just need to redownload the installer but I'd suggest contacting their support team

What kind of error are you getting when launching the 2019 version?

The log stops before starting the parsing of the shelf content. Do you have by any chance any smart material or other content that may have been created with a more recent version?

I just installed it on my new laptop.

Hello Guys,
I have formatted my PC, installed everything.
Adobe Substance 3D Painter is running/working properly (trial version).
But my Allegorithmic Substance Painter license version 2019 can't open, crash at the opening.
Here is a log file.
Please help me.

Yes, solved.

First of all thanks to the Substance Team to help me out with this issue.

Use this link:
https://support.networkoptix.com/hc/en-us/articles/115015730007-Nx-Software-crashes-due-to-libeay32-...

Download
libeay.dll for 64-bit Windows

And place in
C:\Program Files\Allegorithmic\Substance Painter

Rename old libeay32 to _libeay32 and paste a newly downloaded libeay32 file.

And it works.
