I'm getting back into 3d animation again after my stroke in 2017,  I'm planning to focus on 3d modeling and sculpting, i'm  trying to figure out my best workflow  currently what I've come up with so far is:  maya for base mesh  into mudbox  then export texture maps and render  with  maya's Arnold.
Does this make sense I'm wondering if 3ds max is better for modeling though?
