Pixie Particle FX and Growing Vines FX needed

We dont care what program you work in as long as you can deliver the FX animation rendered in video MOV or MP4.
We need particle pixie dust sprite that travel around specific props in a room. We also need vines that will grow from a ceiling in a room down a wall and blossoming flowers will appear at the end when the vines are fully grown. Please be available to communicate on Skype so we can provide daily feedback and reviews.
This is a freelance job and we'll discuss budget once we find the right talent capable of delivering the FX we need.
