Japanese noh mask made with Maya, Zbrush, Substance Painter, Renderman, Nuke, and Affinity Photo.
Some of the UV seams were glitching pretty bad within Maya (they were fine in Substance) so I had to paint over them in Affinity Photo. Mask has 3 UDIMS, 1 material, and 12 4k textures. The mouth was a pain to retopologize too...

do you have a ref pic still so we can see how the actual think looks like?
Here ya go! The reference has more of a smooth surface and not as creepy looking, so I aimed for a rough plaster material and dragged the bottom eyelids down as well as sinking the eyes back to add more depth and creepiness.
i zbrush you can just use the damstandard brush to do this. its pretty easy i would say and it would help the model a lot to look more like the ref! other than that, good job!
