Hello everyone! Benny here from Arcane Minis.
If you're not familiar with us, please check out our 2 past Kickstarter Campaigns. Skies of Sordane and Airships Campaigns (links below)
We have some pretty big projects coming up and we are looking for new artists for concept art, book art, D&D 5e adventure art and even creature art.
Artist Requirement
1. Excellent communication skills (must speak English well enough to convey thoughts, themes and understand criteria provide)
2. You have to be top notch and fast. We need to work with someone who knows what they are doing and can work on agreed timelines. If you're learning or have less than a couple of years in sculpting experience, it's likely that we will go in another direction.
3. You must be creative, invest in your pieces and provide your own feedback. We are not looking for a robot, we want someone to join in the creative process. You will be working closely with the content writing teams / production teams (and me) to make sure we get close enough the perfect pieces we need!
4. You must have and use Discord. We run operations out of Discord so you would have to join Discord.
Compensation
The people we decide to work with will be compensated based on industry standards. We have a couple of opportunities to offer so please get in touch if the above criteria apply to you.

If you are interesting in applying to work with us, please provide any and all relevant past piece of work that you think may be applicable to what we do / are looking for. Sordane has a unique style. It's high fantasy, vibrant and fun.
