Seeking promotional trailer specialist for game

I am looking for somebody specialized in making promotional trailers for games.
I have a specific storyboard in mind but would love directorial feedback as well. I'd like to work with 2d illustrations, kind of in a style like this: Operation Flashpoint Dragon Rising Intro - YouTube
The project is a military simulation, aimed at audience who also plays games like Arma and Tom Clancy games.
I'm looking for somebody with strong communication skills and a portfolio of relevant work. Please reply to me here or in a personal message with a link to your portfolio/resume. I'd like to talk specifics of the project first, then make an estimate of how long you expect the work to take, and we can figure out a fair price point from there. My goal is to pay as fair as I can afford and this is a high priority part of my project.
