Where to download previous version of Toolbag installer?

I'm asked to set something up in Toolbag version 4.02 specifically - where can I find a download link for that?

I'm not entirely sure about it now but I was all over that page before posting my question here and it's possible that the download links to 4.02 were added after I sent them an email. From what I could see that page offered only 3.08 and older download links before. Either that - or I really need glasses.
