Stylized Cave House

Creating a stylized scene with the following artworks as major inspiration:
So I did the blockout and applied the base texture to the meshes, I have also sculpted the stones and the tree, everything else which is wooden will have a trim sheet though I am open to suggestions on that decision.
I would appreciate any feedback, so I can make the major changes now and then stick to it, let me know what you think about the composition and which assets should be unique vs trims as I am not sure about that yet.

Edit: would it be a good idea to take the scene to unreal engine, I have tried UE twice before but quit it because i hate baking lightmaps, if i use UE5 can i get some reasonable stylized lighting dynamically?
