How to make 3D sculpted/Printable hair like this one?

Hello guys, I am a 3D sculpting artist making likeness sculptures and I was wondering if anyone can advise me as to how to sculpt this kind of hair ?
what is the technique behind it?

First example is made with insert brushes ,no sculpting required + it wont print

The other 2 use pretty much the same idea

-first design hair style major flow rhythm and big plane

-second spit big chunks in to smaller chunks to create movement interlocking and depth

-last isolate individual chunks and apply hair alpha across  the length

Fibermesh is not like this, and it isn't printable... you don't know what you're talking about. Thank you for your reply nonetheless.

It kind of hard to suggest anything as I have no idea what this hair style is or what it should look like

Best thing is to consult few references maybe analyse them look for patterns .What you have right now is very monotone repetitive and lack depth
