Hey, ive not touched 3D for years now, so i'm out of touch. However I have recently purchased a 3D printer, I want to print off a light diffuser for a custom indicator, however is there a way I can use Blender to simulate how this will diffuse the light first? As obviously the shape of the plastic will dictate how evenly the light is diffused, my stock indicators diffuse it nicely, so I would do some kind of copy of the shape.
