Marvelous Designer Box Pleats?

I've been pulling my hair out trying to duplicate the pleats seen in the images supplied.
I've tried playing with assigning different strengths, fabrics, folds, internal lines but I can't get the interior triangle to fold inward and the rectangles to lay flat outside.
Any help would be really appreciated thank you!
