I have a mobile VR project that is in immediate need of freelance animation help over the next 3 months or so. Basically there are 2 major animation tasks:
1. Sequencer animations of creatures on moving paths.
This game has a bunch of simple, short sequences we fire off to have animals moving around on paths as you travel on a rail through an environment. We've made a bunch of these but need an animator to polish existing sequences and create a new set of them for a different environment we're working on. (There's about 20-30 sequences per map)
2. Animations for creatures used in sequencer
The first environment is underwater--we've animated a bunch of swimming loops for our rigged (in Maya) characters. You may need to create new movement animations etc. in Maya based on what your sequencer assets end up being. We are exporting to alembic to remove as many skeletal animations as possible due to the performance restrictions of this particular mobile VR platform.
Basically it's key that you can work in sequencer and also know how to export to and import assets in Unreal. We're stuck on UE 4.24.3, BTW.
