Fantasy Tavern (Critique and Advice Needed)

Hi there, I have been working on a Fantasy Tavern but I am struggling to bring out the wooden walls, the concept art that I am working from is more hand-painted and I am trying to go towards a more semi-realistic art style with my version, I could do with advice on what I could do and just what peoples thoughts are with it.
