Unity quality settings

Hello.. Im new to Unity. I'm wondering do you have like quality settings in Unity... like for game mode or scene mode. Like you have in Unreal?
Everything so... low res. I haven't touched any settings they should be all default. Do you set any stuff in the project settings?
I also added a point light to my scene, set to static. Also increased the intensity, but nothing is happening. Also when I bake (All set to Static) Theres
no light visiible after bake. What could be causing this? Thanks so much for the info.
