How do I get rid of this xyz axis that sometimes comes attached from importing assets from Megascans? I've had this issue for a long time never figured it out
That's a Blender Empty, you have to look that up in the Blender docs to understand what they are. As for deleting them : they show up in the outliner like any other object. The importer probably set them as non-selectable.
Answer: - Click the Empty (XYZ axis) - view the Scene - Find the selected Empty in the scene - Click the drop down for the Empty to view all assets attached to it - Right click the Empty and click unlink - This will send the assets back to the center of the scene on the cross section of the X and Y axis (If still unable to find the objects you can highlight them in the scene menu to help find them)
