Increase Shelf Height Toolbox for Maya

Posting here because this tool is for 3D artists.
It took a while, but I finally figured out how to save and load the
shelf height in Maya so now we can dynamically adjust shelf height and
have that custom height retained after Maya restart using this new
toolbox.
