Cthulhu Sculpt WIP

Hi guys, I'd like some advice. I am making a Cthulhu a little alternative alien like. I am unsure about the hands, whether to keep them kinda like a bird claw or more like a dragon hand. For the feet i chose dinosaur/dragon like feet since technically Cthulhu is a mix of a dragon and a bird. Let me know what you think of this piece or if you think there's a way to improve the design.
