Restore 3dsmax top Modeling toolbar ?

Hello , just installed 3ds max 2022 and the first thing I noticed is that there is no more the open toolbar with all icons there that I used a lot like grow, shrink etc, now I have to go to a minimized toolbar click on button , then loock another button and then a menu etc ... How can I do to restore it like it was in previous versions with all buttons already showed like before?

there is a little icon to the right of those tabs with an arrow that minimises the ribbon, click that to maximise it.

I did that, but it still summarized it into icons and not the whole toolbar like I had b4!

Btw I solved clicking several times the little icon on top right ... sorry for bothering you all and thankyou ...

Enable Panel titles vs Panel buttons - this can be found in the little drop down menu next to the white ribbon roll out button (for the record if anyone else is runs into this issue).
