currently I'm trying to polymodel human faces without references.. and in particular I'm struggling to understand how to connect the following fascio, if I do connet it stright on, making a bridge withing the nose, I think that I do increase too much the polycount, also for some reasons it looks wrong, any tip?

I´d recommend sculpting a face and then retopo-ing it rather than poly modelling it, which is basically an outdated technique for organic modeling at this point. And don´t worry too much about the polycount, games are pretty high res these days and this is nowhere near the limit. It´s fine to have a 20k tris head today.
