Looking for an Anime / Manga Artist to Commission

I'm looking for an anime / manga styled artist to commission. I'm seeking only high quality art similar to style in the examples below:

(Disclaimer: I don't own the artwork examples above, I'm just using them as example for what I'm after)
I have a character designed in a semi realism style, and I'd like him to be drawn in an anime / manga style. I would love to find a skilled traditional artist to commission, and then have finished work sent to me. With that being said I'm open to digital art as well.
I'm looking specifically for a colored half body. Artist must be proficient in anime / manga style and anatomy of male characters. I would love if a speed video of the process could be arranged, but no worries if not as its not a deal breaker.
Willing to pay decently for quality work.
