Maiden Gaming Inc. is an American video game development studio located in Uptown South End Charlotte, North Carolina founded in 2015 to create, publish, and support free to play games. Our debut software League of Maidens is available worldwide with over 200,000 users with that number growing each day. Our goal is to expand our offerings to serve a larger and often neglected market in video games creating high fidelity titles with an edge.
We are looking to hire an experienced 2D Character/Concept Artist to join our growing team. As a 2D Character/Concept Artist you will be responsible for creating concept artwork for all aspects of the project. Given our small-studio format, you might find yourself wearing a variety of hats; candidates should be open and eager to work in several roles and learn new skills.
Skills & Requirements
Requirements/Responsibilities:
- A portfolio featuring your character artwork
- 2+ years of experience as a character/concept artist
- Ability to create concept artwork for all in-game characters
- Ability to create concept artwork for all aspects of in-game content including items and levels
- Expert in the use of Adobe Photoshop
