Hello, so this is my first 2 projects and the goblin is a sketch i did in like 1 hour , just looking for good tips on where to improve, im having a hard time with doing hands, so thats a place to start maybe haha.

Keep going!! My advice would be to spend some time studying anatomy. Stay as low poly as you can until you can't fix anything else, and then move onto the next level. Check out these guy's vids on sculpting;
