Just wanted to share a fun and quick project I did after noticing this shot in the movie Howl's Moving Castle. The shot only lasts a couple seconds, but it caught my attention enough to do some fan art.
Really beautiful work, it looks just like the house in the movie! Do you plan on working on the rest of the house?
Thank you!
When I first started this project I was debating whether to expand it to the whole shot or keep it as a tight angle. In the end I stuck with my initial intention of a quick and fun project to pump out. The wide shot didn't have enough variety for me to want to pursue it, but I am keeping an eye out for other scenes in Ghibli movies that could turned into quick projects.
