Title. im really struggling with nodes so i was wondering if theres anything that i can access through my tablet/phone to practice with?

You could look for web based node editors. Like this one for WebGL shaders https://nme.babylonjs.com/#UPFJUT#2

It's a bit difficult to use on a small device though, so you should try forcing your browser into desktop mode, to override mobile layout limits.
