Problems rendering in marmoset 4 raytracing

Hello, I am working on a character and completely new to marmoset and game art. I switched to marmoset 4, and I'm using the Raytracing tool. I'm struggling to understand it, and I can't find any tutorials that really help. I want my character to look realistic. I set my hair and skin to volumetric scattering and I turned raytracing on. I get green/red noise I think caused by the scattering setting on the hair texture and also noticed gloss effects it as well. I only used a skylight as apparently you don't need additional lighting. I am still not happy with the results, The skin looks rubbery as well. Please can someone advise? :).
