Yo! For class I'm doing a study of this awesome axe by Jenny Brozek. 



Here is my progress so far:



Gonna keep going on the more organic parts next, considering making the base of the axe different, similar to one of the sketch iterations she did since that base has some impossible perspective.

Here is the texture progress so far. The creature is looking a little gummy and mushy, so I'm gonna try to get him more defined and scaly.

Hey, I think you need to could work a little on the roughness and painted textures a little more. The roughness is pretty uniform and makes the axe look a bit like plastic atm.

@Ashervisalis that's true! I was wondering what was causing that effect. I'll mess with some values and see if I can fix that!

Here is an updated version with roughness values adjusted. Hoping to make the creature's roughness value more distinct from the rest.
