Animator needed for colab.

Hey gang,
I am a character artist and I have need of an animator that can create a high end rig and animations for it. I have many characters I have been creating as part of my character course being taught to local area college students in game development, but I am not looking to render the characters in there default pose. I am suggesting a trade of sorts where The animator/rigger may use my assets as part of their reel and I get the animations as part of my own.
