how do I export Zbrush models to marvelous designer

Hello everyone, I need help on exporting Zbrush models to marvelous designer. When I do import it it's either too small, upside down, or huge. I've tried using the scale master, which didn't work. I've tried importing it in cm, which still didn't work. It also claims that the model isn't in an a/t pose, when I do export it in t pose. How an I suppose to export it?
