What 3D animation jobs are in demand

I Don’t seem to find this information out there. 

Does anyone know which sector of the 3D animation industry are most in demand or have more jobs opportunities? and what skills are sought the most?

Any advice would be appreciated,

Those are the hardest to recruit for sure. 

It's not necessarily because people don't apply though
