I'm making an aftermath crime scene environment art. I going to make a mesh that is a simple long rectangular shape that has a wavy surface and a "Do Not Cross" yellow police crime tape texture on it. How would I model this in Blender 2.8+? This will be rendered in UE4 as the final result so I want it to look good like photogrammetry quality if possible. Is there a way to simulate tape or fabric and have it tied around a wooden beam or any square/rectangular object and tie itself?
