Colonize Mars is building a simulation of a mars colony that will be a collectible trading card set as well as a lightweight interactive colony map on our website. We need someone to help us build the assets to construct the colony map by using our trading card artwork as reference. We have split this up into 4 distinct tasks:

1.) Create 7 3d models of different equipment and vehicles needed in a Mars colony. We will most likely need GLTF, OBJ, or FBX file types. We want them to be optimized for running on the web, and detailed enough to look like a realistic representation of the card artwork. We do not want this looking cartoony or childish.

2.) Use the models and our colony layout (found in this brief) to build a 3d representation of a colony on the Martian surface.

3.) Render out the completed colony as an aerial view so we can use the asset like a google maps-style interactive tilemap for our website. We are thinking that we want this export to be a .JPG at least 12000px wide that we can easily tile for performance.

4.) Render each of the 7 3d models in a looping 360 degree rotation .mp4 video.

The map itself will be on the Martian surface. The asset will be used like a google maps-style interactive map for a website game. It should be detailed since the users will be able to pan and zoom the map to explore it.

We have attached a brief that details the tasks and the image references.

We will be expanding on this map in the future, so we would like for it to be a modular design and this could potentially be a long term job if this first part is successful. Thanks!
