Why does the colour change on this Substance Painter project?

Hi!
This is an older model which I'm no longer working on so it's not important to have a fix. I just think it would be beneficial to understand what might have gone wrong in the creation of this model so I know what not to do in the future
It was only on one side of the model. From what I remember, the colour issues didn't appear in Marmoset. It was created using Blender.
(It appears to be sort of... sepia? And in some parts of the model, the exact same colour would be completely different. For example, the same shade of turquoise in one area would show as dark green in another).
