josbalcaen_batch_exporter_importer problem

Hello! so I have been having this problem since my hard drive got corrupt and I had to redownload everything. I been using josbalcaen_batch_exporter_importer forever now. Once I downloaded it, it will not open up the usual exporter page. It only opens the obj page. 

Does anyone know how to fix this? thank you so much in advance!

That's showing the Autodesk exporter. Perhaps you didn't install the custom exporter correctly? Try the install steps here http://josbalcaen.com/scripts/max/batch-exportimport/

Also, which version of Max are you using?

I use 2020, it did work previously though. I did what it said for installation and it still doesn't work

If you open the Listener, what messages do you see when you try to run the script?

all i got was

macros.run "Batch Exporter Importer" "openBatchExporterImporterExportSelected"

select $Box001
