Substance Painter-baking problems

Hi guys!

I had made a grenade according for free tutorial of Tim Berholz. And after baking maps some artifacts had appeared. Please tell me how to fix it?

change the projection distances in the baker or set up the bake by name stuff

Thank you for answer ! I have changed projection distances, its help me.All distortions were disappeared,except text.But its a good result to me.Text its not a problem.
