Modeling Feedback for a New Comer

Hi,

My name is Andrés and I'm a 3D modeler from Colombia, This is the first time I get here and I would like to share something I'm working on to get some feedback about my work, also I if you like to check some other things I'll add my portfolio link down below so you can check it out and again let me know what you guys think.

This is a WIP and as you can see there are elements that are not done yet like the hair and all the details mostly on his skin which will be a challenge for me to figure out but I don't want to get there without knowing that I'm going in the right direction. Any suggestions on how can I approach or make those things as well as your comments and thoughts about it will be more than welcome.

I added those two last shots without the back piece so you can also check part of the anatomy on the back. This is my take on this concept art done by Lex Aiduer:

Anyway, I'll keep an eye on any comments you guys have about it, I'll really appreciate the feedback you guys can provide to see what am I missing and what can be improved.
