3dsmax how to show bones?

Hi, I imported a 3d character rigged with bone system etc, but when I import as fbx I get this result and I can barely see the bones, I have hidden the mesh for convenience , Is there a way to fix them or make them more visible?

Have you tried editing the bones?

yes, but they look like are rotated, although when I move or rotate them are perfectly fine and working as should.
