Is anyone here good at lighting setups in Unity?

Trying to learn how to use Universal Render Pipeline and im in a situation where we are developing an AR game and we are looking at ways to help processing power. So naturally it would be wise to look into baked lightmaps. But it looks terrible. Anyone got time to help me?
