Beginner: zbrush + maya + substance Painter = baking Problems, what im doing wrong?

Hello, im a beginner in 3D and im having a lot of troubles dealing with uv's, retopo and baking in Substance painter that i dont know how to fix it, i already saw many videos about low poly to high poly and the guys made it easy, but when i try to do the same i can't.
Below im showing two cases and im asking for help and to learn more about.

CASE1:

1- I sculpt my high poly on zbrush and decimated
2- did the retopo for every piece on Maya and
3- I try to bake it in Substance Painter ( i used the default settings)

Why doesn't the model look like the high poly?







CASE 2:
