3dsmax how to increase the Window of the edit poly ?

I can't drag down the window border to increase its size, but with this setup I can't select much ... is there a way to customize it?

There's a divider line right below the modifier window buttons (looks like this: --------...--------) which is also visible in your screenshot. You should be able to just click and drag it down.
