How do you enable paint across tiles?

Hello, I have a model with all uv udim setup , but when I go paint it only paints on the selected texture set, and not across them , I saw on the mainsite that it can paint across the tiles, but it doesn't tells you how to enable that feature, I find it very annoying not beeing able to find on the main site the explanation on how to enable this feature
