Looks great, would love to see some pics hosted....the decay of the floor doesn't match the decay of the books/chair/dresser.

It doesn't feel abandoned to me. IMO to me, it would be missing tons of books. Typically anything abandoned is missing items due to sell out and looting.
(In the video reel) The twisting camera is a bit dizzying, I would remove that first chunk and film it like you did the other segments. So that recruiters are not turned off by it immediately.
I personally would like to see more spider webs, the few you have great but I feel it needs more.
I would also like to see some of the drawers on that dresser open and pulled out. Like someone looked through it after the place became abandoned.

Stairs could use some railing. possibly with a broken piece or two and definitely some webs.
