3d Modeler and Animator

I'm looking for a 3d artist to collaborate with for a game targeting desktop. I need someone to model, texture, rig, and animate some characters performing various actions such as attacking, dodging, using magic, and some others. 

I also have some environments I've created in Blender which need to be modified to be more visually appealing. I'd be looking for someone to take a .blend file I have created and, without modifying the layout of the game-area too much, make it look better by re-texturing and making other modifications we discuss.
