You have some good stuff in your demo reel, but it all goes by so quickly it's hard to take a good look at anything. The projects/pieces are so drastically different form each other that the quick pacing of the video is kind of jarring. The Godzilla, shipyard, and Medal of Honor projects go by so fast, it's hard to even fully process what they are before cutting to the next thing.
I think slowing things down and spending a few extra seconds with each thing would be nice. Maybe add some wireframes and texture maps in with some of your favorite pieces to better show off the work you've done.
Also, this is just a suggestion, but have you thought about making yourself an image gallery portfolio website? You can make a free portfolio site on Artstation, or a cheap one with Wix, Square Space, etc.. That way you can give each project the space it deserves, and add enough images, videos, gifs, breakdowns, etc. for the viewer to get a good look at your work. Also, you could add a description for some of your more interesting/unusual projects, to help add context for the viewer. (The Godzilla one left me really confused)
