All modelling in made by me. Textures and some props are from Megascan. I've created several blend materials in Mixer. Character is from Epic Paragon pack

I've sculpted trim sheet for the decoration
Nice work. Though I feel like the bottoms of the buildings should have a bit more dust to tie them to the ground. They seem a bit too "clean" on the bottoms. Same goes for the telephone pole, hydrant, etc. They're standing on dry dirt, weathering would likely have kicked up dust.
Looking really solid.
