I have been working on this environment for a month now.
I got the idea from
here. I am familiar with UE4 but this is my first attempt at an environment. I wanted to practice Houdini , Blender & UE4 & this scene looked like a good start. I will post breakdowns in the upcoming weeks. Please gim me feedbacks
(´・ω・`).

Water material still wip.
Using a placeholder normal map & a simple sign wave for displacement atm.
Using simple meshes with a bit of noise on them
This one is probably at the final quality. I baked the AO , Curvature & some other info in the vertex colors.

Made a ocean sim & just tiled it & baked it on plane
I also see the same pattern with your lighting, imo your screenshot is taken from one of the worst angle where it's too dark to really understand the scale or volume in there, you video show other way better angles that you might want to show more

As for lighting I still have a lot of work to do
& added offset to the sine wave
Finally made the main crystal Material
With the "perinstancerandom" node I can randomize the parameters of all the small crystals
An update is a long due
Will be adding the breakdowns soon
Added Dripping water on all rock materials
